On top of our commission chart we are paid cash bonuses for our sales levels as well as shown below:
$2000 - $2999 = 5% Cash Bonus ($100+)
$3000 - $3999 = 6% Cash Bonus ($180+)
$40000-$4999 = 7% Cash Bonus ($280 +)
$5000-$5999 = 8% Cash Bonus ($400+)
$6000 - $6999 = 9% Cash Bonus ($540+)
$7000 + = 10% Cash Bonus ($700+)
Your cash bonus comes in the form of a check from For Your Pleasure, Inc. that are mailed out on the 15th of every month.
For Your Pleasure, Inc. also offers you the opportunity to earn your way to a fabulous, exotic vacation for you and your partner. For the year 2007 our trip is to Tuscany, Italy. You earn your way based on your sales and recruiting for the year.

~FYP pays for ALL of your hostess benefits. Like the other companies it's not going to come out of your commission!
~FYP only charges you $12 a month to process the credit cards your customers use to place orders. No need for a merchant account where you might have to pay up to 4% PER ORDER!!
~FYP is also going to ship the products to your hostess or customers FOR YOU! No need to sort and bag and they will even apply labels with your information on them to all of the products for only $1 per order so that your customers can call you to reorder. No additional shipping charges for you to cover, and no additional time requrired. Once your party is over, it's over!
~FYP has their website set up so you can list the names of your hostess and their friends can just click on their name and order and you can apply the credit. No more trying to figure out if that online order was for this hostess. Their website also allows you to send out personal email invitations that will link to your hostess to let her know who has responded.

Recruiting=Residual Income
When you sponsor someone into our business, you will earn Override Commissions on their efforts. Please view the commission schedule for details, I will lay it out in an easier format for you below.
FYP's commission structure allows everyone to benefit from their own recruiting efforts. Override income is based on your group's sales. It is not based on the 'number' of recruits that you have. It is entirely possible to start climbing the ladder with your very first recruit instead of waiting until you have 15 people on your team, you can succeed with just one!
Rather than depending solely on sales from your own efforts, a downline (any person who you have personally sponsored and they have sponsored and so on) can provide infinite income possibilities. Would you rather earn income on the 20 hours a week you may spend on your business or the income from 200 hours a week spent by your downline and yourself in that same weeks' time? Your efforts and those of your 'downline' create residual income.
Jan Ruhe, the most successful associate with Discovery Toys says, "I'd rather earn 10 percent of many people doing a little bit than 100 percent of what I can do myself."

Here is an example of how this works with my team:
Julie (I earn 45% on my party sales)-----I sponsored Sabrina (I earn 6% of what she sells because she is my 1st level)-----Sabrina sponsored Chanelle (I earn 3% off of what Chanelle sells because she is my 2nd level)----Chanelle sponsored Tina (I earn 1% off of what Tina sells because she is my 3rd level). Now if you look at the commission schedule you will see the larger our team sales get the more I will make on each level all the way down to the fifth level! PLUS I get a management bonus of $250 for the level I'm at right now!
So for the month let's give an example of what I can make off of my team (money I put in my pocket)
My first level sold $10,564 so I earned $633.84 off of my first level. I have 17 ladies on my first level, but only 10 posted sales for the month.
My second level sold $4,578 so I earned $137.34 off of my second level. I have 5 ladies on my second level and only two posted sales for the month.
I did $3,689 in party sales for the month of and at my team sales level I make 45% commission so I made $1660.05 from my party sales.
As Regional Director I receive a $250 management bonus.
Plus since my sales were over $3,000 for the month I get a 6% cash back bonus from FYP of $221.34
So add that all together and for this example I made $2902.57!! $1023.21 of that was from my team while I was either sleeping, or out doing my own party, or watching tv. How great is that?! And the larger my team grows the more I make! For each person you add to your team you add 7 more work days to your week. I can only do so many parties a week but with 50 people on your team imagine how many parties they can do!
